Kunsting Park

Kunsting Park is located off of Whitelock Blvd and Franklin Blvd.

This park has a lot of space to roam! With a large soccer field in the middle, a basketball court, bathrooms and two playgrounds.

The big kids side of the playground has a rock climbing wall, a long slide, lots of ladders to climb and spinning contraptions. (Which I can’t stand because I always end up yelling at them to stop or they are going to make themselves sick!)

On the toddler section they have swings, a small slide and easy to climb areas. There are shade structures over the playground but I think this park would be best to go to in the morning. There are beautiful trees surrounding the playground where you can relax.

They have a splash pad area but it didn’t seem to work when we were there. Also the rubber mats around the playgrounds are torn. So be careful because I can see it causing a running kid to trip and fall.

I loved the trail around the park so I could run while the kids played. There is ample park benches and the best thing…bathrooms!! My kids enjoyed this park and we will be back again!
