Natural Bridges
We enjoyed a day away at Natural Bridges in Santa Cruz. Its about a 2 and a half hour drive from Elk Grove.

Miwok Park
Miwok Park! AKA Squirrel park This park is located off of Big Horn and Laguna Blvd. It is a very old park but so much fun for the kids to use their imagination! We love to come here and play hide and seek because there are so many places to hide.

Island Park
Island Park off of Whitelock and Big Horn and was one of the first parks we went to when moving to Elk Grove. Coming from the Bay Area this park was beautiful compared to ones near our old house. It was spacious, fun and clean!!

Singh and Kaur Park
Singh and Kaur Park is located off of Big Horn and Whitelock. Its a newer park with lots of space for kids to roam!

Jack Hill Workout
Jack Hill Park is located off of Waterman and Bond and is a perfect spot to start your walk.

Magnet Fishing
Who would have thought a magnet and a rope would bring so much fun!! This morning we joined CSD and the Kiwani club to do magnet fishing.

Van Doren Park
There are some parks that you find and you want to keep it hidden from others….but this park is worth sharing. Van Doren Park is located off of Bond and Waterman.

Derr Okamoto Park
Derr Okamoto Park is located off of Grant line and Waterman. My kids refer this park as the giraffe park.
