I took the dogs for a long walk along Del Meyer Trail today. There are two entrances to this trail, one off of Elk Grove Florin and another off of Waterman. The route is about 1 mile each way.
If you have a kid that loves trains, the train tracks run right over the trail. You might get lucky to see one pass by.
The pathway is wide so its great for riding bikes and stroller walks. Jack Hill Park is in the middle of this trail and a great spot to take a break and let the kids run around. It has bathrooms, a brand new park and shaded structure.
