Batey Park is located off of Seasons Dr and Bruceville Blvd. It’s very close to Lichtenbeger trail.
Its a cute little park with an unique treehouse and ropes to climb up. There isn’t much to the park but has tennis courts and lots of shaded trees. Downfalls are lots of tan bark, no bathrooms and not much to the playground.
This area has a great trail with 4 parks through out it. You can make a game with the kids going to each park along the trail. If you park at Lichtenbeger Park the kids can start at that one. Give them 15 minutes at each park and then head off to the next. Batey, Kloss and then Pederson. The kids can ride their bikes or walk but its a good trek if you want to go to all 4 parks.
