Wackman Park is located off of Laguna Blvd and Laguna Park Drive.
I wasn’t expected much from this park but I was pleasantly surprised.
The toddler area was perfect with a slide, bridge and amazing parent/kid swings!! The parent can sit on one side and the child on the other. There is also an umbrella over the play structure to bring in some shade.
The big kid area is big, full of climbing ropes, a large slide and climbing wall. There is also a climbing area for adults! Not sure how to do it but it looked cool!
There are no bathrooms, tons of surrounded shade and picnic areas. There are basketball and tennis courts as well. Behind the playground is a large path that kids can ride their scooters. The park also has a little library where kids can take a book home. No bathrooms and a ton of tanbark!
We will definitely be adding Wackman Park to our top parks list.
