Kloss Park is located off of Laguna Park Drive. We have been to this park several times but each time we find something new about it!
This park is older but is still great! It is one of the only handicap accessible parks in Elk Grove so all can be included and have full access here. They even have a wheelchair swing. My kids love playing hot lava on the play structure and swinging on the swings.
This park has great shade so bring a lunch to enjoy and stay cool under all the trees. It has bathrooms, a large walking trail and tons of grass to run around on. There is a trail that goes about a mile to another park called Pedersen Park. I love to run this trail and then stop at the park for the kids to take a break. The trail is great for the kids to ride their bikes on.
If you have a little one that love firefighters, the fire station is right next door. So they may be able to see some trucks or the sirens going off.
The whole park is padded so this one would be great for toddlers. They are able to run up and down the ramps and the slides are not that big. There are swings, monkey bars and oh did I mention the shade… ?
