District 56 Park

I finally decided to put an honest review out of the new park.
The new park is located off of Big Horn and Elk Grove Blvd. It is right next to the community center at the District 56.

This park is beautiful! It has a lake like Elk Grove Regional Park and walking trails around it. There is a large shaded area to sit at and a large field to run around on.
The park has a toddler area that has a lot of space where the kids can move around and no tan bark!!
But the big kids area I feel is too small. There is a large hill to slide down, one big slide and a large spider web to climb. There are bathrooms, a ton of shaded picnic benches and water with ducks.

Now that our town is getting bigger we have way more families here and this park is just too small. I also feel like the hill is fun but with the amount of kids going down it there is just not enough space!

We will probably utilize the trails and field a lot but if we go to this playground it will be at off times.
