This adorable new place is on Elk Grove Blvd in the same strip mall of the Dollar Tree. It serves modern Mediterranean so think of falafels and shawarma.
We got the Mediterranean gyro fries, falafels, chicken and beef shawarma.
The fries had some heat to them and had a little too much stuff on top for my 11 years olds taste. But they were super yummy! Next time we will just ask for less toppings.
My husband preferred the falafels over the shawarma which is kind of a big deal. He is very picky with his falafels. Everything had some heat to it which I believe was from the homemade avocado hummus and tahini sauce. My favorite was the chicken shawarma. Everything we tried was delicious!
My 5 and 8 year old did not eat anything. But that is kinda my fault because I didn’t even bother to try. I bet you can order the chicken or beef shawarma with just meat and no sauce.
They also have an option to make your own wraps. You can load it up with all the different meats, veggies and sauce.
This place is very clean and cute inside. A great place to meet friends and have lunch!
The price for all our food was around $45 which to me was pretty good considering my large family can spend $60 at Taco Bell!! (Can’t believe I am admitting that!!)
We will for sure be going back and adding it to our “Oh shoot we need to pick up dinner!” list.
